The vodka undergoes a proprietary seven stage filtration before bottling in a signed, numbered, and corked bottle.The aroma is fresh crushed grape. There is a soft mineral feel with a light grape taste. The grape flavor builds as it warms in my mouth before fading with a long peppery sting.
