Review: Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake
Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake will soon be landing on your favorite liquor store shelves. It is one of 13 Baileys Irish Cream varieties now available in the US market. The UK only offers six. With 12 flavors already on board I’m a little surprised mint isn’t one of them, but Baileys Vanilla Mint Shake is Bailey’s third different mint flavored Irish cream liqueur, following the previously made Baileys Mint Chocolate, and Bailey with Hint of Mint Chocolate. I have to admit when I think “vanilla mint shake” the first thing that comes to mind is McDonald’s seasonal Shamrock Shake. McDonalds makes this shake with vanilla soft serve ice cream and mint syrup. Review: Baileys S’mores
Baileys S’mores Irish Cream Liqueur was just released. If you are unfamiliar with the campfire favorite of toasted marshmallow, and Hersheys Chocolate, sandwiched between two graham crackers I have to ask ” where do you live?” While I have been waiting patiently for the North American release of Baileys Tiramisu, one of four Baileys flavors available in the UK but not in the US, Baileys surprised me with the release of Bailey’s S’mores. This is one of 12 Baileys flavors currently available in the US so I shouldn’t be too sour about not getting to try Bailey Orange Truffle, Tiramisu, Chocolate Luxe, or Eton Mess, a blend of strawberry raspberry, meringue, and whipped cream. Baileys Colada is the latest flavor variant offered by Baileys. It is a Limited Edition summer flavor. Strawberries and Cream, Red Velvet, and Apple Pie all started as Limited Edition flavors and they are still available. Pumpkin was a Limited Edition Flavor that returned each fall until it didn’t. Baileys Apple Pie was just released. Just as we were expecting a press release announcing the annual late September release of Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Diageo surprised us with the apple pie and vanilla ice cream inspired Baileys Apple Pie. This makes sense as Crown Royal Regal Apple, another Diageo owned product, is the second best selling flavored whiskey, behind only Fireball in sales. Apple Pie is one of 3 Limited Edition releases Baileys has in their stable of 10 Irish cream liqueurs they sell in the US. That’s more flavor varieties than they sell in any market they serve, including the UK. Baileys Apple Pie starts with the same Irish dairy cream, triple distilled Irish whiskey and spirits recipe they use to create Original Baileys Irish Cream. Review: Baileys Red Velvet Irish Cream
Baileys Red Velvet Irish Cream will soon be arriving at your local liquor stores. It is Baileys newest Limited Edition release. Red Velvet was created in collaboration with Georgetown Cupcake. This is not the first time these two have cooperated. In March of this year Georgetown Cupcake and Baileys collaborated to create a Limited Edition St. Patrick’s Day cupcake they sold at their six stores. Georgetown Cupcakes was featured on the reality show DC Cupcake staring the owners and sisters of Georgetown Cupcake, Sophie and Katherine Kallinis. Red Velvet is their signature cupcake. All six Georgetown Cupcake locations will feature a non-alcohol Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake in November and December. Review: Baileys Strawberries and Cream
Baileys Strawberries and Cream is a seasonal Limited Edison liqueur that will be available February-April or until supply lasts. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a bottle a little early. This is their second seasonal flavor following Baileys Pumpkin Spice. While no ingredients are listed on the bottle, Baileys Original Irish Cream is made with aged Irish whiskey, grain spirits, fresh dairy cream, and a unique chocolate blend. This bottle reads Baileys Strawberries and Cream is infused with a delightful ripe strawberry flavor and the taste of delicious vanilla. Read more
Review: Baileys Almande Almond Milk Liqueur
Baileys Almande Almond Milk Liqueur was released in select markets May 2016. I found my bottle in California. Baileys Almande does not feature their trademark Irish Cream. It is crafted with almond milk. My initial thought was this is a little like McDonalds serving soy burgers. The almond milk is made from sweet almond oil and almond essence extracted from crushed almonds, cane sugar, and purified water with a touch of real vanilla. There is no mention of the source of alcohol. Baileys Almande is gluten free and vegan friendly. Read more

Baileys Pumpkin Spice was just released. As the bottle states, this is a Limited Edition. Could this be the start of a seasonal flavor line of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueurs? I hope so. Baileys Pumpkin Spice is the third pumpkin flavored Irish Cream liqueur I’m aware of. I previously reviewed both Mollys and ODowds Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream liqueurs.
