Bird Dog Strawberry Whiskey was just released along with a Ruby Red Grapefruit flavor. The Western Springs Beverage Company now produces ten whiskey flavors including Maple, Chocolate, Apple, Blackberry, Peach, Spiced, Jalapeno Honey, and Hot Cinnamon under the Bird Dog label. Bird Dog Strawberry starts with a whiskey base made from corn, malted barely, and rye. The whiskey is aged in white oak barrels before strawberry flavor is infused.
