Review: Forbidden Secret White Chocolate American Cream

Forbidden Secret White Chocolate American Cream was just introduced by Forbidden Brands of Pewaukee Wisconsin.  It is produced at the same distillery that creates Rum Chata, and the Tippy Cow line of rum creams.  I guess if one state should know something about cream it would be the dairy state, Wisconsin.  This is the follow up to their Dark Mocha American Cream that was previously reviewed.  It is made with chocolate, pure Wisconsin dairy cream, and Jailers Premium Tennessee Whiskey. Review: Baileys Chocolate Cherry Irish Cream

002 - CopyBaileys Chocolate Cherry Irish Cream was just launched and I was lucky enough to get my hands on a bottle a little early.  It is one of six Irish Cream flavors Baileys currently creates for the US market.  While I had heard rumblings of a new Baileys flavor to replace the recently departed Baileys with a Hint Of Mint Chocolate, I had not heard any specifics.  My initial thought was Baileys might start bringing over some of the tempting flavors they have kept on their side of the pond.  Flavors like Orange Truffle, Biscotti, or possibly even their Chocolat Luxe.  While I have not given up hope of tasting those three flavors, I am very excited to break open my bottle of their new Chocolate Cherry.  Baileys describes the taste as their Original Baileys blended with luscious chocolate and seductive dark cherries.  I can’t wait. Review: O’Connor’s Caramel Irish Cream

Review: Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream

Buffalo Trace bourbon CREAMBuffalo Trace Bourbon Cream is made in small batches using Buffalo Trace Bourbon and a cream liqueur.  Originally only available at their distillery in Franklin County Kentucky, it is now bottled in Rochester New York.  This has allowed them to increase the distribution of this product.  Packaged in a brown glass, bell shaped bottle to protect the cream within, it features their trademark torn label with a buffalo, and weighs in at 15% alcohol.  Irish cream liqueurs are typically bottled at 17%.  However, unlike Irish creams where most contain grain spirit and Irish whiskey, Buffalo Trace only uses bourbon.
