O’Connor’s Caramel Irish Cream is made in Abbeyleix Ireland and imported by Fleetwood Distilling in Loma Mira California. After over one hundred spirit reviews the spirit review that has been viewed the most frequently has been my review of O’Connor’s Irish Cream. It only makes sense that I start my second hundred reviews with their Caramel flavored Irish cream.The aroma is caramel with a hint of whiskey. In my mouth the feel is soft and creamy. The flavor is sweet caramel backed by fresh dairy cream fading to whiskey before a mild coffee finish. Additional sips bring out a hint of vanilla and some notes of butterscotch. While the taste throughout is sweet the cream balances the sweetness and makes the entire experience enjoyable.
