Ving Vodka is made from 100% organic non GMO corn and purified water.  It is small batch distilled in a copper pot still.  A multiple filtration process follows.  Ving is named for its creator Flo Vinger, a professional dancer from New York City and the CEO of Ving.  Ving also creates a Kale, Lemon, and Cucumber infused vodka.  Flo worked for four years perfecting her vodka that is distilled in Ventura California.  The aroma is vanilla and cocoa.  Additional time in the glass brings out Fanny May candy store, butterscotch, and grape notes.  The sweet vanilla and cocoa entry builds to a creamy Swiss Chocolate peak.  It fades with grape, and boiled fresh sweet corn.  The finish is semi-dry and mineral with a crisp sting, anise, and chocolate pudding taste.  Corn is the most popular ingredient of vodka distilled in the US, yet the flavor varies greatly between the many 100% corn vodka distilled brands including, Smirnoff, Tito’s, New Amsterdam and Ving.  This only proves not all corn is created equal, and not all distillation processes are the same.
