Smirnoff Cinna-Sugar Twist vodka was introduced with their Wild Honey flavored vodka in October 2013. It is made with premium grain, triple distilled and filtered ten times. The Churro’s pictures on the label leave little doubt as to the inspiration for this vodka. The aroma is pastry and cinnamon. The initial flavor is very sweet sugar and cinnamon. As my mouth adjusts to the sweetness additional sips bring out a true churro flavor. Cinnamon Toast Crunch also comes to mind when describing this vodka. The lower alcohol content of Cinna-Sugar leads to a mild vodka warming and no vodka flavor. While this is not a vodka I could drink all night, one goes down pretty easy.
