They start with Midwest grown wheat that is distilled in Pekin Illinois. It is then transported to San Jose California where water filtered through reverse osmosis is added. They triple distill and filter through California limestone before infusing with natural cherry flavor.The aroma is Maraschino cherry. The flavor enters as a milk chocolate influenced soft cherry.
