Perfect is made with soft non GMO wheat grown exclusively in the Brie Champaign region of France. The wheat is crushed, fermented and distilled five times. Pure spring water from the Vosges Natural Preserve is blended to reduce to 80 proof.The aroma is soft creamy wheat. The sweet grape entry has a hint of nutty flavor, and builds to a tart berry peak.
