It is distilled five times and filtered six times before natural flavors including fresh plum are infused.The aroma of fresh smashed plums leaps from my glass with the intensity of a plug in air freshener. The flavor is juicy natural plum with some Concord grape notes building to a tart peak. There is a mild mouth warming before a smooth dry finish that only makes me want more.
