Review: Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Essential Collection
Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Essential Collection is the third variety pack Michelob has released in a little more than two years. They entered the hard seltzer arena January 2020 with the release of a three flavor variety pack made from organic cold fermented cane sugar with natural flavors and organic malted rice. It weighed in with 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 4% alcohol and 80 calories. This is now known as their Signature Collection. They followed that up with their Classic Collection. This collection weighed in with 90 calories and it included organic white grape juice concentrate and flavor specific organic fruit juice concentrates. With their new Essential Collection, they have added organic coconut water from concentrate, and organic stevia leaf extract.Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Berry Hibiscus: Made with organic blueberry juice from concentrate and organic white grape juice from concentrate for a total of 7% juice. It pours to a blueberry juice influenced pink/purple color. The aroma leads with blueberry preserve and floral notes. The sweet blueberry entry is joined by floral hibiscus building to a tart pomegranate blueberry peak. It fades with cranberry, and finishes with sour berry, citrus peel, creamy malted rice, a hint of coconut water and blueberry pie filling.

Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Kiwi Lime: Made with organic kiwi juice from concentrate, and organic white grape juice from concentrate for a total of 5% juice. The aroma leads with kiwi and grape juice. Additional time brings out coconut water. The sweet grape and kiwi entry builds and includes creamy coconut water at its peak. It fades with juicy kiwi, coconut, and malted rice. The finish leaves creamy seltzer, tart kiwi, citrus, and juicy grape juice taste.

Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Blueberry Watermelon: Made with organic blueberry juice and organic white grape juice from concentrate for a total of 7% juice. The aroma leads with blueberry bubblegum and floral watermelon plug in air freshener. Additional time brings out coconut and citrus. The sweet blueberry jelly entry is joined by coconut water softened watermelon candy taste. It fades with creamy seltzer, malted rice, and watermelon iced tea. It finishes with citrus, coconut water, watermelon rind, and blueberry jelly bean taste.

The aroma leads with guava. The citrus and guava entry builds to a coconut water and strawberry juice peak. It fades with tangy strawberry, coconut water, grape juice, and guava and finishes with creamy malted rice, strawberry gummy, ripe guava, and whole citrus taste.
