They are then blended and unfiltered. 17 pounds of Virgin new potatoes are needed to craft one bottle of their vodka. The result is a full bodied vodka with a distinct viscosity.The aroma has notes of Italian salad dressing with a vanilla backing. In my mouth the feel is soft and slightly thickened. The herb flavored entry is joined by natural unsweetened vanilla and builds to a cocoa influenced peak. It fades with a mild mouth warming before a creamy lightly peppered potato vodka tasting finish. This is a very smooth vodka that feels much lighter than the 80 proof it weighs in at.
