Merry & Co. in Tipperary Ireland.  The aroma lead with butterscotch.  Additional time brings out dairy cream, whiskey and marshmallow notes.  The sweet caramel entry is thick and luxurious.  Vanilla and dairy cream arrive building to a creamy butterscotch and marshmallow peak.  It fades with oak, and finishes with whipped cream, runny caramel and Irish whiskey flavor, leaving creamy butterscotch pudding texture and taste.
