Ivanabitch Peach vodka is one of 14 vodka flavors they create in Holland. After recently sampling and enjoying their Cherry flavored vodka I thought I would try another flavor. Ivanabitch distills their vodka five times from grain and pure water, and then triple filters it over active charcoal. Peach flavor is infused before bottling at 70 proof.The aroma is fresh juicy peach. The natural sweet peach entry is joined by some floral notes with a touch of vanilla building to a tart peak. It fades with a healthy dose of pepper and heat leaving a bitter vodka aftertaste. The nice peach taste will stand out in cocktails, but the finish is not as smooth as I would like to drink straight or on the rocks.
