Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon was launched in August 2013, and it is one of six flavors now available from Baileys in the US.  The offer additional flavors in different markets.  Created with Madagascar vanilla and cinnamon my first thought was this must be their responce to the success of Rum Chata.  Taller and thinner than their Original Irish Cream bottle and featuring a vanilla blossom and cinnamon stick on the label, Baileys has created a fresh look for their entire line of Irish cream liqueurs.The aroma is French vanilla pudding followed by cinnamon and whiskey.  Poured into a glass this has the appearance of a vanilla flavored Baileys.  Thick and creamy it hugs the side of my glass like a milk shake.  The feel is soft and luxurious against my tongue.  The flavor matches the aroma as it starts with vanilla pudding then cinnamon followed by a medium mouth warming from the whiskey, fading to a cinnamon vanilla finish.  I find this just as creamy as Original Baileys but there is little more alcohol flavor here.  Served over ice it retains the creaminess while softening the alcohol.
