Malibu Cranberry Cherry rum was introduced May 2011, It was the winner with 62% of the vote in a contest Malibu featured on their Facebook page allowing their fans to select their next rum flavor. It beat out Citrus and a Mint flavor. While you can still find Cranberry Cherry on some liquor store shelves you better act quick as it is no longer a featured flavor on the Malibu rum website. All 4 start with Original Malibu Coconut rum and add flavoring before being packaged in 6.8 Oz cans at 5% alcohol. They are sold as a single can or in 4 packs. The 5% alcohol is in line with most hard ciders, hard lemonades, and the many flavored malt beverages. With Malibu Coconut rum weighing in at 21% alcohol, Fizzy Pink Lemonade is equal to a little more than a 3 to 1 mix of lemonade flavor to their rum. Read more
