Review: Social House Vodka
Social House Vodka was launched August 2017 by Cary Joshi, G Patel, and Mark Mullins. It is produced and bottled at Three Stacks Distillery which they constructed inside a historic power plant built in 1906, along the banks of the Neuse River in Kingston North Carolina. The recipe was formulated at North Carolina University. They have partnered with several Universities to promote the brand including NC State, Florida State, Coastal Carolina, Wake Forest and UW Madison. Social House is crafted from 100% corn grown on a farm in eastern North Carolina and naturally purified water from Black Creek Aquifer. The aroma leads with roasted corn and ethanol. The roasted corn entry builds to a creamed corn and vanilla butter cream peak. It fades with vanilla and grilled corn and finishes with pepper, anise, vanilla, burnt popcorn, and lime peel.
