Mollys Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream is one of three varieties of Irish cream Terra produces under the Molly’s label. We reviewed Mollys Pumpkin Spice back in 2013 but Terra has since tweaked the recipe. Terra LTD is owned by the McKevitt family and it is the largest family owned cream liqueur producer in Ireland. Terra produces several brands of Irish Cream but they may have saved the best for themselves as Molly’s is their own produced flagship Irish Cream Brand. It pours to a milky graham cracker pumpkin orange color. The aroma is gingerbread, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cream, with fresh ginger and Irish whiskey backing. The sweet vanilla and fresh dairy cream entry has a soft creamy feel. Sweet Irish Whiskey and pumpkin spice arrive building to a rich pumpkin ice cream peak. It fades with gingerbread and finishes with fresh cream, pumpkin spice, and a warming Irish Whiskey taste. Like Molly’s Original, and Molly’s Coconut, Molly’s Pumpkin Spice has a little more fresh dairy cream texture and flavor than the other Irish Cream liqueurs on the market today.
