They are an independently operated subsidiary of the Boston Beer Works, the makers of Samuel Adams Beer. Aloha Traveler Pineapple Shandy is a wheat ale brewed with 2 row malted barley, malted wheat, hallertau hallertau hops, and lemon peel, with pineapple juice and natural flavors added.It pours to a cloudy golden color with a thick long lasting head. The creamy wheat ale entry is joined by natural pineapple flavor building to a tangy pineapple peak. It fades with juicy pineapple and lemonade flavor and finishes with tart lemon peel and light ale taste. Aloha Travelers Pineapple Shandy tastes like a creamy ale with well balanced natural pineapple flavor. I am often disappointed when brewers only package new or seasonal flavors in 12 bottle variety packs, but I can honestly say Illusive Grapefruit, and Curious Lemon Shandy are just as tasty as Aloha Pineapple.
