It is made from premium corn that is small batch distilled five times and charcoal filtered. Pure spring water filtered through a proprietary reverse osmosis process that removes any trace minerals typically found in spring water is blended to reduce to proof. Meyer Lemon flavor is added before bottling at 60 proof.
