Black Infusions Dark Cherry Vodka was released February 2022. This follows the launch of Black Infusions Fig and Black Infusions Apricot. It is made from a vodka base made from corn that is distilled 5 times in a copper column still and filtered 5 times through carbon and a final time through lava rock. Pure Cascade Mountain water is blended to reduce to proof. California grown Bing and Rainier dried cherries are infused for 4-6 weeks and the spirit is lightly filtered before hand bottling at 60 proof. It takes about 1 pound of dried cherries, the equivalent of 7 pounds of fresh cherries to produce 1 bottle of Black Infusions Dark Cherry Vodka. Read more 
Review: Door County Distillery Cherry Vodka

oor County Distillery Cherry Vodka is made in Carlsville Wisconsin. The distillery opened in 2011 as an off-shoot of Door Peninsula Winery. Bob and Noreen Pollman purchased the winery in 1986 and have since grown the winery to become the second largest winery in Wisconsin. The distillery also makes several brandy’s, gin, whiskey, and four vodka’s. DCD Cherry starts with a vodka base made from 97% grain and 3% grape. It is distilled with fresh fruit and local botanicals in a copper column still that’s specifically designed to lightly heat and capture cherry aromatics. Review: Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Vodka
Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry Vodka was introduced in 2016. It is one of eight real fruit infused vodka’s crafted in Sisters Oregon with over one pound of real fruit per bottle. The other flavors include raspberry, marionberry, huckleberry, peach, pear, apple and cinnamon, and cranberry. Wild Roots also produces two gins, and an unflavored vodka. Wild Roots Dark Sweet Cherry is distilled six times from corn and filtered 100 times through a lava rock filtration system. Pure Cascade Mountain spring water is blended with the spirit to reduce to proof. Over one pound of dark sweet cherries are infused. Devotion Wild Cherry Vodka is one of six sugar free flavored vodka’s in the Devotion Spirits stable. The other flavors include Coconut, Blood Orange, Black and Blue, Perfect Cosmo, and Tiki. They also produce an unflavored Pure vodka. These vodka’s are made from 100% corn base and are distilled six times at Death Door Distillery in Middleton Wisconsin. Devotion Vodka was launched by Founder Drew Adelman November 2009 with the release of the worlds first protein infused vodka. In creating their flavored vodka’s, Drew teamed up with Allen Flavors, the maker of Arizona Iced Tea to develop a process of eliminating sugars as a flavoring agent in vodka.
