Review: Revel Stoke Blackberry Whisky

Revel Stoke Blackberry Whisky was just released.  It is one of eleven Revel Stoke flavor varieties.  All start with their Original Blended Canadian Whisky base.  That base is made from a blend of rye, corn and malted barley.  It is triple distilled in copper stills and is aged for 3 years in charred white oak barrels.  The whisky is delivered to Phillips Distilling Company in Minnesota where natural blackberry flavors are blended with the Canadian whisky before bottling at 70 proof. Review: Pendleton Midnight Canadian Whisky

Pendleton Midnight - CopyPendleton Midnight Canadian Whisky was just introduced.  It follows their original Pendleton Canadian Whisky that was launched in 2003 and Pendleton 1910 that was introduced in 2011.  It is made with a mixture of corn, rye, wheat, and barley, with pure glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood.  A portion of the blend is aged for over six years in American brandy barrels.    Read more »
