Malibu Peach Sparkler was introduced February 2014 along with their Rum Sparkler. It is made with Caribbean rum, coconut water, and natural peach and coconut flavor. Carbonation is then infused before bottling at 22 proof. Because of the carbonation this is a bottle that should be finished in one evening, or sealed with a wine stopper. The flavor enters as sweet peach with coconut soon joining the party. It fades with coconut and rum flavor and a gentle burn on the back of my throat on the tangy dry finish. Malibu Peach Sparkler has the feel of a sparkling wine but the taste of a Malibu peach rum cocktail.
