Hammock Bay Coconut RumHammock Bay Coconut Rum is one of five rum brands produced by Frank-Lin Distillers in Fairfield California.  It is made with rum distilled in the US Virgin Islands.  The rum is shipped to California where it is infused with the essence of real coconut and bottled at 42 proof.The aroma is coconut milk and tropical fruit.  The sweet coconut and mango flavored entry is joined by molasses.  It fades with pineapple before finishing with a mild sting and rum burn, and leaves a bitter aftertaste.  Hammock Bay Coconut rum is not as sweet as some coconut rums and while there is coconut flavor it shares top flavor billing with tropical fruit.
