Baileys still makes a coffee flavored Irish Cream, but it is no longer available in the US. Espresso Crème is made with aged Irish whiskey, grain spirits, fresh dairy cream, and real Columbian coffee. While this ingredient list reads just like their Bailey’s With a Hint of Coffee Irish Cream, I’m guessing this version has amped up the coffee content. It pours to a creamed coffee color. The aroma is fresh ground Columbian coffee. In my mouth the feel is thick and creamy. The dairy fresh cream entry is joined by genuine espresso taste that builds as it warms in my mouth. Irish whiskey arrives at the midpoint joining the espresso and cream for a silky smooth full flavored taste that lasts through the finish. If you are a fan of espresso you will love Baileys Espresso Crème. If you aren’t, this may change your mind.
